A five day course aimed at managers and senior staff who are members of a HACCP team. The qualification aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to develop, implement and evaluate Codex based HACCPs. It is highly recommended that learners hold both level 4 Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP qualifications before undertaking this qualification, and experience of working within a HACCP team would be an advantage. This certificate is a life time certificate, but it is suggested you maintain evidence of Continual Personal Development to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
