Creating a HACCP plan is a vital part of running a food business, and Food Centre Wales is here to make it easier. Join our blended two-part workshop designed to help you write and implement an effective HACCP plan with confidence.

• Part 1 - Online session (4 hours)
• Part 2 - Full-day, in-person session at Food Centre Wales

By completing both sessions, you'll gain practical skills and have the opportunity to earn an accredited qualification.

This workshop is open to HELIX eligible businesses, who will pay their standard contribution and receive a certificate of attendance.

Please note - Evidence of prior Food Safety Training is required and attendance at both sessions is mandatory.

Upgrade to a Formal Qualification

You can now choose to complete a Level 2 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacture for just £20. This includes a preparation session and the cost of your qualification.
