We have adapted our Level 3 Award in Food Safety course into an online virtual classroom. The training will be delivered online via zoom and will be delivered over 5 sessions, with an optional extra revision session. The first series of webinars are detailed below*:

Monday 5^th October 10:00 - 13:00

Monday 12^th October 10:00 – 13:00

Monday 19^th October 10:00 – 13:00

Monday 26^th October 10:00 – 13:00

Monday 2^nd November 10:00 – 13:00

The exam will take place online with Highfield, at a time and date to suit each individual.

The Level 3 Food Safety course is aimed at food handling supervisors within the food industry.  This course is ideal for supervisors in medium and large manufacturing or catering businesses and managers or Food Business Operators for smaller businesses.

This qualification is to support a role in the workplace and give learners personal growth and engagement in learning. The qualification is designed for learners, who are at, or wish to progress to, a higher or supervisory level within a food catering business.
