This event is an introduction to food processing & manufacturing
A light lunch and refreshments are also provided at the event.
Presentation (approx 45mins)
The session will start with an overview of starting a food and drink business with information about the support services available at Food Centre Wales. New Product Development, Training and Marking data topics will also be covered. This session will also provide details on support available from Food Innovation Wales through the Project HELIX funding.
Food Centre Wales Tour (approx 45mins)
There will be an opportunity to have a full tour of the Innovation & Manufacturing Hub, where you will see the different processing halls and equipment that is available on site. This will allow you to fully appreciate the resources available to assist you on particular projects.
1-2-1 (approx 45mins)
There is an opportunity to book in for a one-to-one confidential meeting with one of our Food Technologists to discuss a project idea or technical issues that we can support you with.
Optional 1-2-1 sessions
Business Wales & Cywain will be here to explain what funded support is available and you have an opportunity to book for a 1-2-1 session with their advisers to discuss your business or project in more detail.
